About the game:
Idle Furniture Tycoon is an idle game (obviously) where you manage you furniture making empire by upgrading furniture, purchasing new factories and adjusting prices to get the most income possible.
You can change the item's selling price as you want, but if you sell it for a ridiculous price your income will be little, try to maximise you profits by adjusting your item's price. Remember, sometimes less is more.

I'd rather see it as a feature... LOL
What are the algorithms/formulas in use? Each prestige reset seems to reduce how high I can set the price before it starts turning demand red. I.E., with the first factory at 100% prestige, I could set quality and speed to level 10 and charge 65 per unit sold with full demand (no red). But with the 120% prestige level, setting quality and speed to level 10 again, I could only charge 55 per unit; Trying to set it higher resulted in demand starting to turn red. So I could not set price to 65 as I did a 100% prestige.
What am I missing here?
I didn't include the prestige amount in the demand calculation, that's why the demand was messed up. I already fixed it and I will publish the next update next week. I would publish it this week, but I'm currently busy with the Brackeys jam.
But you can charge more for your items, just try to find the best price below 100% (Shown, but not correct) demand
Did you ever update this? Both the web version and the download version? Currently, I have a prestige boost of 892%, and "wood shelves" turns red if I charge more then 10, even when my quality is at 70 and rate at 16. That is significantly down from when I was able to charge 490-ish for the same quality and rate but a prestige of only 120%. If I charge more, my (unsold) "stock" starts to increase rapidly.
I didn't update the game because it was just a jam game, and I have other projects I'm working on. I haven't actually made it to a high prestige boost, so I didn't knew the issue existed. I'll look into it.
At first, I looked at the few factories on the screen and thought, "This will be quick."
Then I scrolled down...
This was really good. I got hooked into it for about 30 minutes. I wish that each successive factory would earn more relative to the other ones, so that it wouldn't take longer and longer to be able to open up new ones. Starting over with a new bonus is a good idea, but at this rate, it'd take hours of play and dozens of restarts to finish, and without saving. Just a few adjustments would have had me playing all the way.
.
Major resource leak: keeps creating FS.syncfs operations, which makes the game (and the browser) extremely unresponsive after a few minutes.
amazing game especially for a game made in one week!
Very nice game indeed
