Post jam update

After the results announcement I thought that I will make some improvements to the game and add some quality of life changes.

The update:

• Added a settings screen to the main menu
• Volume control
• The game has now a resizable window
• You can change the resolution and the refresh rate in the settings menu
• Added Post processing, which includes:
  • Color adjustments
  • Vignette
  • Motion blur
• Quality of life features:
  • You can now select items with the number and numpad keys
  • You can select the previously selected item by pressing space
• The max shots were changed in some levels
